Mini Cookie Butter Lemon Pies

Dessert is a sweet delectable treat that should be enjoyed by all. There is a greater fear of baking than cooking savory dishes. Baking is a science, that is true. However, there are some simple desserts that even the person who never picks up a pot or a pan can achieve! This mini cookie butter lemon pie recipe was formulated to be a hassle free, no bake dessert that no matter your skill level, can be successfully executed. The preparation is super easy, and the presentation is absolutely gorgeous. Whoever gets the pleasure of enjoying these scrumptious treats will think you took hours to prep and prepare. In all actuality, you may spend 15 minutes putting these beauties together. All of the ingredients are store brought and ready to go. That makes this a semi-homemade recipe infused with the same love and care as all of my prepared from scratch recipes. I take every level of cook into consideration. - 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup cookie butter
- 14 ounces can sweetened condensed milk
- 15.75 ounces can lemon pie filling
- 10 Chessmen cookies, crushed
- Caramel sauce
- 12 mini ready-made graham cracker pie crust
Mix 1st three ingredients, put in pie crust. Put a dollop of lemon pie filling in center. Top with cookie crumbles and caramel sauce.
