Spicy Peach Bourbon Wings

Heat and sweet, the perfect combination for game time chicken wings. I will eat just one said no one ever. Get ready to lick your fingers and suck on the bone. These Spicy Peach Bourbon Wings are delicious!


Spicy Peach Bourbon Wings

  • 2 ½ pounds wings
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon jalapeño pepper, minced
  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 peaches, peeled and smashed
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Bourbon

Ranch Dressing

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 bunch chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper


  1. Spicy Peach Bourbon Wings

    Preheat oven to 400° F and place a wire rack over a baking sheet. In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with oil, salt, and pepper. Place on baking sheet in a single layer.

  2. Bake until chicken is golden, and skin is crispy, 45 to 50 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through.

  3. In a cold skillet, add butter, garlic, and jalapeño pepper. Turn heat to medium high. Once the butter melts, add remaining five ingredients. Allow to simmer while wings continue to bake. Transfer baked wings to a bowl and toss with Spicy Peach Bourbon sauce until completely coated. Serve with ranch dressing and vegetables.
